Creatings forms with FormSpring is easy. You can choose to start with a blank form, copy the HTML of a current form, or use one of our pre-built templates to create online forms and adjust the fields you need accordingly.

Building a Form

The simple drag and drop interface of our online form builder allows you to easily create forms and add any type of form element (Text fields, email field, file upload...etc). Using the tools on the left hand side, you can manage your field types, add sections, and rearrange your fields.

Using Sections
