Hello, so you'd like to send in a tutorial?  You'll need a finished effect, but you can use this form to send the image through to our reviewer before writing the whole tutorial.

Please note that our reviewers will only be able to advise whether they think they will accept a tutorial on this effect.  If for example the final tutorial is really badly written, or doesn't do a good job of explaining the effect, it may still be turned away.
