Carpool Rewards - Rules of Eligibility

Carpools must consist of three or more commuters traveling to work at the time of submitting an applicaiton.

All carpool members must live or work in Georgia.

Carpool members must commute to work on one or more weekdays as part of a regular shift that includes at least one weekday.

Students commuting to school are not eligible.

Vanpools are not eligible.

Carpool Rewards - Program Requirements

To earn gas cards you must:

Have a carpool with at least 3 members (including yourself).  You can register up to 6 people in one carpool.

Complete this online application.  Only one application is required per carpool.  You will need the names, employer addresses, valid email addresses and work phone numbers for all of your carpool members.  You will also need your supervisor's work phone number.

Print, sign and have all other carpool members sign the Program Agreement, which will be emailed to you after applying online.

In addition to submitting this Carpool Rewards application online, all carpool members must register in the Commuter Rewards online logging system using the same email addresses you provided on this online application.  All carpool members will be emailed instructions for registering.

It is a condition of your participation in Carpool Rewards that all information supplied by you is correct, current and complete.  The Clean Air Campaign has the right to refuse your participation in this program and the right to withhold gas cards if The Clean Air Campaign believes any carpool members have failed to meet this obligation.  The Clean Air Campaign reserves the right to contact you and your supervisor to verify the information provided.

Carpooler 1, Primary Driver - Employer Information

The primary driver does not have to drive the carpool each day.  The primary driver is the person we use as the main contact for the entire carpool.

It is the responsibility of the primary driver to make sure all information on the application is correct and all required paperwork is received by The Clean Air Campaign.

The gas cards are mailed to the home address of the primary driver.  It is the primary driver's responsibility to divide the gas cards among the other carpoolers.

You will be issued a carpool ID (via email).  It is the responsibility of the primary driver to make sure every carpooler is logging at least once a week and using the correct carpool ID.
