Recommendation Request Instructions If you need a recommendation, complete this form completely.  The more you include, the better letter we can write. We suggest that you do not reserve the right to look at the recommendation.  Usually, you will have a choice as to whether to keep recommendations private, or reserve the right to see the recommendation. While you have the absolute right to choose to see the recommendation, our experience suggests that those reading the recommendation letters will be less impressed by ones that you may see.
