Did You Have a Bad Customer Service Experience with Jessica (Bailey) Sanderson (formerly of DDS?)

If so, you're not alone. I, too, have had a horrible experience dealing with Jessica Bailey, the former proprietor of Delicious Design Studio. I'm trying to compile as much information as I can regarding the people (and ways in which) she's treated poorly prior to her departure and disassociation from the Delicious Design Studio name, and am attempting to pursue legal action against her on behalf of all of us.
