Purpose: The Bright Idea Award recognizes employees who
have benefited The University Corporation (TUC) by developing and/or
implementing an idea that positively impacts TUC daily operations and
ultimately its bottom line.
Eligibility: TUC Employees who have developed
or implemented a bright idea which has:
- Reduced the cost of a process;
and/or
- Eliminated unnecessary steps from
a process; and/or
- Improve the timeliness, accuracy,
or relevance of a task; and
- Provided a substantial cost
savings as a result.
Awards: Awards range from $250 and $1,000. Multiple
awards may be made.
