Reservation: This submission is a REQUEST for a short-term housing reservation. You will receive an email from the Housing Office making you an offer for housing if there are rooms available. This reservation is not confirmed until such time that an offer is made by the Housing Office and accepted by you.
Check-In: Check in is after 3:00 PM. You may pick up your key
at the Facility Services building during office hours (Mon-Fri,
8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) or after hours at the Security Gatehouse at the
main entrance to campus.
Check-Out: Check out is before 11:00 AM. You can either bring
your key to Facility Services or the key drop-off box located at the Security Gatehouse. There
will be a $25 charge for lost keys or keys not returned.
Please note that if you are not checked out by 11:00 AM, you will be charged a
$25 late check-out fee.
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is made with less than 2 business days notice, a charge equal to one nights stay will be given.
Food Points: Commuting Students are eligible to purchase a meal plan or points through Creative Dining Services.
