The multi user functionality was built specifically for customers who have multiple people (clients, associates, support staff) logging in and making changes to forms, templates, using data, editing data and utilizing all aspects of an account.

How Do I Use It?

Design/Marketing/Branding Agencies:

Multiple users are great for agencies or web design/creative professionals who have multiple clients who require online forms for their web sites and want to give any combination of read/write/full permissions to some or all of their forms and templates, used for web form design. Best of all, you can determine, down to the form level, who gets access to which forms.

Medium to Large Businesses:

The multi user functionality is perfect for businesses that have multiple departments creating forms and accessing data, but don't necessarily want everyone to have the same permissions on each form or template. It can also be used when you have a team of people who are creating forms and using an account.

Permissions:

You can setup individual permissions for each user on each form and template within your account. For each form a user can have one of the following permissions:

Forms:

• Read - Can view, search and download submitted data for selected form
• Write - Can view, search, download and edit submitted data for selected form
• Full - Complete access to data, HTML form generator and settings for selected form

Templates:

• Use - Can use selected template on a form, but can’t change it
• Edit - Full access to use, edit and delete selected template
