Ade Olonoh
Ade is the founder and CEO of FormSpring. He wears many hats, but spends much of his time developing and supporting the product. Ade graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, and has spent much of his career developing web-based applications as a freelancer or consultant for a number of different companies. When he's not writing code or crushing his co-workers in a game of Mario Kart, he's probably having a blast with his wife and two kids.
John Wechsler
John is President of FormSpring. He spends most of his time on sales, marketing and business development activities. John's first big boy job was that of Combat Engineer in the US Army. He went on to receive a BS in Marketing from Indiana University. He started his business career in the top 1% of IBM's sales force (known as the Golden Circle). John has been a founding member or C-level executive in several venture-backed technology startups and has served several charitable causes and boards over the years. John's most important role of all is that of "papa" and family man.
Michael Mattax
Michael is passionate about software development, which is why he is one of the lead developers of the FormSpring application. Michael received his BS in Computer Science from Purdue University and has been professionally developing software since. Michael is a contributer and supporter of open source software and tools and has a commitment problem when it comes to Linux distributions. Outside of programming, Michael roots for the Colts on Sundays and wishes he could play eighteen holes of golf on all other days.
Chris Lucas
Chris is the Marketing Manager and Product Evangelist. He manages many of FormSpring's marketing efforts with a special interest in discovering how social and online marketing can help FormSpring grow. With a background in PR, communications, and marketing, he has experience in working for a wide variety of industries including Sporting Goods Manufacturing, Bio/Pharma Marketing and High Tech PR. A Purdue graduate, Chris loves watching college sports, enjoys playing ice hockey, and most importantly can't wait till his son laces up his first pair of hockey skates!
Ryan Dillman
Ryan is the Support Specialist at FormSpring, meaning he's most likely the first person you'll hear from if you submit a support ticket, post to the forums or click on our live chat button. He also works on our help documents such as our Knowledge Books and blog posts. Ryan is a 2000 graduate from IU with a BA in English. He has over a decade of experience as a webmaster and has worked on sites for ISPs, newspapers, churches, non-profits and countless others. His hobbies include camping, fishing, video games, pinball, comic books, movies, reading, writing and bargain hunting at garage sales.
Erica Dobson
Erica is a Marketing Specialist at FormSpring. She helps with the planning and execution of many of FormSpring’s marketing efforts. Prior to her arrival at FormSpring, she worked in marketing for an HVAC manufacturing company and at a small business marketing firm. Erica earned her degree from the University of Indianapolis. When not in the office working away, you can find her spending time with her husband, taking a nice long walk or reading a good book. On Sundays, you can find her in front of a television rooting for the Colts.
Austin Dillman
Austin is a Marketing Specialist at FormSpring. He manages FormSpring's advertising efforts and also serves as an internal graphic design resource. A Purdue grad, he's managed marketing programs and worked as a designer for a variety of industries including retail, commercial printing, college sports and online services. In his free time, Austin enjoys cheering on the Colts and Boilermakers, camping, fishing and traveling.
Noah Coffey
Noah is a Software Developer at FormSpring who enjoys wearing both web designer and developer hats. With a BS in Media Arts & Science from IU Informatics and a slight obsession with social media and APIs, Noah contributes to both the FormSpring application and provides development support to marketing initiatives. When not working on the web, Noah enjoys being a first-time father, camping and tailgating with his wife.
