Saved Searches
Saved searches allow you to search your data, name that search, and save it for future viewings. This is perfect for forms that you want to repeatedly view or download segmented information. For example, you might want to setup saved searches for key zip codes in your region or for all customers who have opted to pay by check.
Edit Data
Sometimes you need the ability to make adjustments to the information you collect. Whether it is as easy as correcting a misspelled name, or updating an address, with our data editing features you can quickly edit submitted data and save it right in your online database.
Share Data
Sharing data with others in your organization shouldn't be a monumental task. That is why FormSpring gives you multiple, easy, ways to share data with others.
Share Data by:
- Share URL: The share URL creates a unique URL that you can send to clients, partners, colleagues, etc. to share the submitted data. There are two URL’s that you can choose to send. The first will allow the person to see and search ALL submitted data. The second URL will show the person just the Summary view.
- RSS: Use your favorite RSS reader to gain access to a live feed of form submissions. There is no need to login to your account. Simply set up your RSS feed all form submissions will appear in a safe and secure feed.
- Email notifications: You can add any team member to receive email notifications on each form submission. This is perfect when you need to see each submission as it happens. You can also use our Smart Routing (LINK) feature to make sure that each person only receives submissions relevant to them.
